Your right to cancel

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at Brian@acornpartyhire.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to return an item

To initiate a return, please contact us at Brian@acornpartyhire.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Candles that have been lit or used
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personlaised Items

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Brian@acornpartyhire.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
